If you like boutique shopping, you’re going to love the amazing options in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Boutiques are small stores that carry items hand-selected by the owner. Fashion pieces are often displayed in a complete outfit, making it easy to put together a great look.
Another benefit of boutique shopping is employees trained to help style you and find the perfect clothing and gift items.
I’m going to start with boutiques at the North end of Raleigh and work towards downtown Raleigh. That way, you can easily see what boutiques are close together.

I’ll include a map at the end and even throw in a few fantastic restaurants to hit along the way. (There’s nothing like a girl’s day out to shop and dine!)

Boutique in brennan station
Rita’s Of Raleigh
Rita’s of Raleigh in Brennan Station is the northernmost store on the list of boutiques I’ll introduce you to.
The owner, Rita, is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to help you.
She carries clothing, handmade baby items, locally made soaps, and lotions, jewelry, decor, and more.
Rita is a huge supporter of local artisans and loves telling you about the artists she showcases in her store.
One of the artists is a man that dumpster dives for interesting objects to add to his whimsical birdhouses (see below).
Pro-tip: Enjoy a fresh, healthy lunch at nearby PokeGo and a decadent dessert at Duck Donuts.

Boutique in Six Forks Station
Lloyd & Lady Boutiques
Lloyd and Lady is located in Six Forks Station. You’ll find five different merchants selling home decor, ladies’ fashion, jewelry, and specialty gifts inside this boutique.
Merchants include Keith Lloyd Designs, Noble Interiors, Pig-Mint, Carolina Stung, and Lucy & Penny.
I found several beautiful home decor items and really loved the unique jewelry made by Carolina Strung.
Pro-tip: After you finish shopping, walk a few doors down and enjoy a fantastic lunch at Zest Cafe. Not only if their food top-notch, but they have a mini-boutique you can shop while you wait for your food.

Boutiques in Lafayette Village
The following boutiques are located in the charming outdoor shopping mall of Lafayette Village on Falls of Neuse, just south of 540. With 25 shops and restaurants, you could easily spend a whole day shopping and dining here.
There are several outdoor tables to enjoy your food and a large lawn for kids to get out their energy after a long day of shopping with mom.
Pro-tip: While you’re at Lafayette Village, visit some other fantastic stores like The Chocolate Boutique and the Crafty Beer Shop; then enjoy dinner at SushiOne, Simply Crepes, or Village Grill.
Stuf ‘n Such
Stuf ‘N Such is a cute, cozy store packed with a vast array of gifts and decorative items.
Inside you’ll find gourmet foods, jewelry, handbags, paintings, decorative florals, and so much more. And they’ll even gift wrap your item for you – for free!
I loved their selection of mugs, teapots, and food gifts. And the fact that they gift wrap for free makes it even better!
Stuf ‘n Such
8470 Honeycutt Rd #104, Raleigh, NC 27615
Koket sells a variety of women’s clothing, accessories, gifts, and more.
I arrived after hours, and I wasn’t able to go inside, but online reviews rave about their unique finds at affordable prices as well as their customer service.
I love their Facebook page, where they host live shopping and model the items in the store. They even show you how to put outfits together and give you important details about the store’s apparel.

Boutique in Quail Corners Shopping Center
Swagger Boutique is located in Quail Corners Shopping Center on Falls of Neuse near Millbrook.
Other favorite stores in this spot are The Butcher’s Market that carries wonderful meat and gourmet grocery items, and Rocket Fizz, which carries a huge selection of candy and creative sodas.
My family loves Tijuana Flats that has 15 different hot sauces choices for your Mexican cuisine for dining.
Swagger Boutique
I loved the clothes at Swagger and felt like the prices were very affordable for what they offered. I could definitely see myself returning to this boutique to shop for myself.
They sell trendy clothing and unique gifts, and they’ll be glad to help you pick out either.
I appreciate that they donate to local charities like A Place at the Table.

(Near Falls of Neuse and Millbrook)
Boutiques in North Hills
The following stores are all located in North Hills, where you will find fabulous shopping, dining, a movie theater, and several hotels.
My husband and I have chosen North Hills many times when we’ve wanted a “staycation” in Raleigh. We love staying at the Renaissance Hotel, catching a movie at the Regal North Hills Movie Theater, and dinner at The Cowfish or Bonefish Grill.

Monkees
Monkee’s Of Raleigh is a chic boutique in North Hills that carries high-end clothing and jewelry.
They love to help style people and allow you to come outside of store hours to help you put outfits together if you want a more private setting.
I usually feel uncomfortable visiting a high-end boutique because I’m pretty plain when it comes to fashion (hello jeans and a t-shirt). Still, the employees made me feel right at home and gladly answered all my questions about the store.
I want to return and try on some of the beautiful clothing there – I could really use some help getting out of my comfort zone!
Monkee’s Of Raleigh
4158 Main at North Hills St #100, Raleigh, NC 27609
Madison Boutique
Madison Boutique carries dresses, tops, jewelry, and accessories at affordable prices.
Even though it looks like an upscale boutique, most items cost under $100, which most will appreciate.
The friendly girl working that day explained to me that they try to understand the style of the customer and then find pieces to fit that style.
I fell in love with these Dale Star Sneakers (above) that retail at just $49.

StyleFinder Boutique
StyleFinder Boutique has a unique way of helping you discover your style by having you take an online quiz. (I took the quiz and found out my style is Sporty).
After you take the quiz, they offer you a free 30-minute consultation.
There are five different types of styles – classic, dramatic, romantic, sporty, and contemporary.
Once you know your personal style, you can shop online for clothes that fit into that category or have the stylists at the store help you find the perfect outfit.
They also host live shopping events on Facebook every day that are a huge hit with their customers.

Uniquities
Uniquities is known for its high-end fashion and excellent customer service. They excel at helping you pick out the right outfit or gift for a friend, and they’ll even gift wrap or home deliver your items.
You’ll find denim, shoes, dresses, tees, accessories, and jewelry in their store.
I’ll be honest, the prices were a bit high for me as a sweater can cost over $200, but I did love their clothing, and they get rave reviews online about their customer service.

Copper Penny
I stumbled across the Copper Penny by accident and quickly fell in love with their clothing.
I found several items I would love to go back and try on as they seemed to carry the style and colors that I love.
This is one of Raleigh’s larger boutiques, and they carry fashionable items from a low to high price point, like the t-shirt I found for $36 to a beautiful dress for $128.

4120-115 Main at North Hills St, Raleigh, NC 27609
Paper Source
This may not be a clothing store, but I wanted to include this fantastic paper boutique on the list.
If you’re already at North Hills, stop in the Paper Source to find a huge selection of gift cards, wedding invitations, stationery, crafts, party supplies, and of course, paper.
It’s a bright, inviting store, and you’re sure to find something for yourself if not a gift for a friend.
I personally loved their calendars and colorful mugs.

Bonus boutique in Garner, NC
When researching boutiques in Raleigh, I kept reading rave reviews about Little Details in Garner.
To pique my curiosity, I knew I had to make the 30-minute drive south to check it out.
Little Details
I wasn’t disappointed! This store is definitely worth visiting.
It’s large for a boutique with plenty of beautiful clothing at great prices as well as a huge selection of gift items. (The tops I found were around $30-$40.)
After visiting so many boutiques, I finally broke down and tried on some clothes here.
I loved what I found, and I ended up going home with the above tops and jacket.

Such a cute area! Rita’s and the Paper Source look like places I’d enjoy. (Not much of a shopper!)
Those would definitely be the best spots if you don’t enjoy clothing boutiques!
Yeah, not one to shop, and am not into trendy fashions! I buy most of my clothes (like, swim suits, jeans, and turtlenecks) at Land’s End. My daughters despair! 😂
I’m not big into fashion, but these shops inspired me to try harder. 🙂
I love shopping in cute little boutiques like that… even if its only window shopping! You can always find some pretty unique items! Not to mention… supporting local independent shops is always nice!
